Frequently asked questions
How do I add a show or movie?
Use the Discover tab to search for a title, open it, and tap Track. It'll appear in your library and, for TV, in your Up Next list as you mark episodes watched.
How do reminders work?
Reminders are optional and scheduled entirely on your device — Stay Tuned never needs to send you server push notifications. Enable them in Settings, and grant the notifications permission when prompted. You can turn them off anytime in Settings or in iOS Settings → Notifications.
I'm having trouble signing in with Google or Apple.
Make sure you're on the latest version of the app, then fully close and reopen it and try again. If it still fails, email us at hello@hakusoft.ai with the exact message you see and we'll sort it out quickly.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside the app and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your account along with the library and preferences tied to it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's stored and removed.
Does Stay Tuned show ads or track me?
No. There are no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Crash reporting is opt-in and anonymized. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Which devices are supported?
Stay Tuned is an iPhone app. It's currently in beta via TestFlight ahead of its App Store release.
